All rates are quoted in German Marks (DM), except Holiday Inn, Warszawa quoted in US Dollars.

Room rates
All rates are per room and include breakfast, VAT and local taxes. Holiday Inn ,Warszawa - breakfast not included
Check in/Check out: 12 : 00 a.m. (noon).
Cancellations
Need to be made by 12 a.m. (noon) on the day for which the booking was made.
Functions
The majority of our hotels have various function rooms and offer conference facilities.Private Buffets, Receptions and Banquets or other catering services are available for all occasions.
Discounts offered by hotels
- Weekend rates: in general available from Friday to Sunday night inclusive.
- ORBIS Corporate Programme: discount of 10% and 20% is granted at all Orbis hotels to Frequent Business Clients, Ask for detailed information for participation in the ORBIS Corporate Programme.
- Local corporate rates: are available at selected hotels to frequent business clients .Rates vary and can be arranged individually.
- Extended stay discount: offered mostly by hotels in resort destinations, usually based upon seasons occupancy.
- Children: age up to 14 ( max. 2 children) stay free when sharing room with parents, breakfast additionally charged; or receive 50% discount when accommodated in separate room.
