URSUS LIGHT TRACTORS FACTORY

Light Tractors Factory manufactures agricultural tractors in the power range of 38 to 71 HP and 3 and 4 cylinder engine in the range of 38 to 90 HP. It consists of 4 major Plants:

• ENGINE PLANT,
• CHASSIS PLANT,
• SHEET METAL PLANT,
• ASSEMBLY PLANT.

ENGINE PLANT.

All major engine components are manufactured in site i.e. cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, camshafts, conrods, flywheels, oil sumps etc.
There are two engine assembly lines and test shop.

ENGINES PLANT offers;

• 3- and 4-cylinder diesel engines of power from 28 kW(38HP) to 66 kW(90HP) for agricultural tractors and other applications for driving:
• fork lift trucks,
• farm and construction machinery,
• water pumps and power generating sets.

The object of our offer are also engines propelled by gas (natural gas, propane-butane).
We offer the major repairs to the users of engines of our production and also a wide range of spares for our products.

CHASSIS PLANT manufactures all major transaxle and hydraulic components as housings, gears, shafts, it also makes hydraulic piston pumps for tractor hydraulic system.
All gearboxes and rearaxles with hydraulic lift systems are assembled and tested hier.

• Spiral bevel gears type Gleason and Orlikon:
• max. module 10mm,
• max. diameter of crown wheel 400mm,
• max. diameter of bevel drive pinion 200mm,
• max. lenght of bevel drive pinion 600mm.
• Gear wheels and toothed shafts finish made with accuracy of 8 or 9 DIN class:
• max. module 5mm,
• max. diameter of wheels 300mm,
• max. diameter of shafts 100mm,
• max. lenght of shafts 500mm,
• slenderness ratio L/d max. 12.
• Heat treatment in furnaces with controlled atmosphere:
• carburizing,
• nitriding,
• hardening,
• tempering,
• annealing,
• max. length of components 520mm.
• Electroplating of components like:
• zinc plating,
• chromium electroplating,
• nickel plating,
• phosphate coating,
• cooper plating.

• Manufacture of parts with an aplikation of the following equipment:
• guillotine shears,
• light presses of capacity from 25 up to 250T hydraulic and eccentric ones,
• lines of forming presses of capacity 1000T, 500T, 250T (size of tables 1250x2500).
• An application of various coatings like (maximal size of coated components 3000x1500x1500mm):
• phoshate,
• priming,
• finish.
• MAG and MIG welding method.
• Arc welding with coated electrodes and gas welding.
• Spot and projection welding.
• Soldering and bonding.

ASSEMBLY PLANT.

Provides assembling of tractor chassis, chassis painting, final assembly, testing of assembled tractors (PTO Power, brake efficiency, hydraulic lift, lights etc.).
