URSUS Foundry in Lublin specializes in manufacturing of grey and S.G. iron castings.

grey iron grades: GG 20, GG 25, GG 30,
S.G. iron grades: GGG 40, GGG 50, GGG 60, GGG 70.

We manufacture castings of weight range from 0,2 - 150kg.

The Equipment of the Foundry consists of:

made by Georg Fischer moulding line provided with box size 1000x1200x350/350mm,
also by Georg Fischer moulding line provided with box size 1000x1200x250/250mm,
DISAMATIC flaskless moulding line with a mould size of 600x480mm.

The castings manufactured in our foundry are mainly used in the tractor and automotive idustry, railway engineering, sewage as well as in water supply systems.

Our basic castings assortment are: cylinder blocks and heads, gearbox housings, rear axle housings, brake drums and discs, hubs, wheel hubs, pedals, planet carriers, valve housings, sink basins.

The castings from our foundry can be with primer on request.

The whole tooling for moulding line and core shop is manufactured in our own pattern shop according to the client requirements.

Our products are of good quality for the quality standard system and our Foundry received the Certificate of Quality System ISO 9002:96.

We are delivering castings to our clients in France, Germany, Belgium, USA.
